Bulk Order Process
We have a typical production time of 30-40 days for large shipments. Once samples have been confirmed, we will produce garments to your order. From fabric sourcing, to manufacturing, quality inspection and finally packaging and shipping, we strictly control the entire production process.

Payment Process
All the money paid to for the purchase of their products is secure.Below is an outline of costs you will incur:

Sample Fee
Usually the sample fee willinclude the cost of fabrics,prints, embroidery, or otheraccessorles.

Shipping Fee
If you can provide us with yourown freight forwarder or courieraccount number, we will notcharge you for shipping.

Miscellaneous Fee
This includes any other feesrelating to taxes service fees,which are usually of low-costnature.

40% Advance Payment
You can decide to either paythe full amount or pay 40% ofthe full payment for thewholesale order.
05
60% Final Payment
Please ensure the finalpayment before we processwith the shipment.

1、How much do you charge for samples?
Often, our sample costs are infuenced by diferent designs and production processes, and we need to seeyour design to understand your needs before we can give you a specifc quote.
2、What clothes can you make?
We are able to customize practically all types of clothing, but we specialize in Muslim dresses, abaya,thobe, hijab, hoodie,t-shirts, skirts, pants, etc.
3、If l don't have a tech pack, can you customize it for me?
Of course, you can refer to the designs on our website for inspiration, or you can send us pictures ofclothes you see that you like and tell us what you think, and we’ll do the rest!
4、What fabrics do you have?
Cotton, linen, polyester blends, cotton and linen blends, modal cotton, chiffon and satin are some of ourmost popular fabrics, or you can tell us what you want and l will help you find it.
5、How do you send goods to my country?
We can ship by courier, air and sea. Samples are generally shipped by DHL and FeDex, and large shipmentsare by sea. You can use your own freight forwarder or use ours.
